Does the policy cover me for working overseas?

This policy is designed to cover therapists based in Australia and New Zealand, accordingly the policy will respond to any claim brought against you in Australia and/or New Zealand. See more below on Territorial Limits.

To clarify Territorial Limits – The Therapysure policy has no limitation in this regard which means that cover is not restricted geographically by where an event occurs that gives rise to a claim. The policy does however have a Jurisdictional Limitation of Australia/New Zealand which means that cover is restricted to claims brought under the legal jurisdiction of courts in Aus/NZ.
