Does the Therapysure policy include run-off cover?

What does Run Off cover provide the Insured? This means that if the Insured has insurance with CGU immediately prior to ceasing practice, the policy will cover any claims that may arise in the future which occurred prior to the practitioner having retired (provided the relationship between Therapysure Ltd and CGU remains in existence).

There is no-automatic runoff cover provided with the Therapysure policy however and you can contact us so we can seek authorisation from CGU. If an Insured requires run-off cover then this can be referred to us for acceptance and pricing on an annual basis.
