Does the Physiosure policy include run-off cover?

Yes, the Physiosure policy includes unlimited Run Off cover. That means that if the Insured has insurance with CGU immediately prior to ceasing practice, the policy will cover any claims that may arise in the future (provided the relationship between Physiobase.com and CGU remains in existence).

Run Off cover is automatic for an insured with a current policy who has retired and does not intend to renew their registration once it expires. Do note that Run-off cover is offered only when it has been specifically requested by an Insured. Unlimited runoff cover (whilst the facility is with CGU) is automatically provided under the Physiosure facility where a run off event (as defined in the policy).
